Pancho Café Hosts Fun Run to Foster Community Engagement

On February 21, 2026, Pancho Café brought the community together for a morning of wellness, connection, and shared experiences with its Fun Run. The event celebrated more than just physical activity—it highlighted Pancho Café’s commitment to fostering togetherness, community engagement, and the joy of participating in local initiatives.

The Fun Run welcomed participants of all ages and fitness levels, encouraging running, jogging, or walking at a comfortable pace. By focusing on inclusion and connection rather than competition, Pancho Café created a space where families, friends, and neighbors could strengthen bonds while enjoying a healthy, active start to the day.

ICCPI proudly joined the event, with Executive Director Lorens Ziller participating alongside Director of Public Relations Gabrielle Lopez. Their involvement underscored the importance of partnerships between organizations and local businesses in fostering meaningful community engagement.

Throughout the morning, participants shared conversations, laughter, and encouragement along the route, demonstrating the powerful role that inclusive community events play in building stronger connections.

ICCPI congratulates Pancho Café on hosting such a successful and inspiring event and extends its gratitude to all participants and volunteers who contributed to the morning’s success. The February 21 Fun Run is a shining example of how local businesses can create opportunities that unite and uplift the entire community.
