About the Event
Organized in collaboration with the Embassy of Italy in Manila during the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines proudly presents the first edition of the national cook-off of the Alessandro Narducci International Award in the Philippines.
Don’t miss the opportunity to witness this culinary competition and check who is going to represent the Philippines in the finals in Rome in 2021. The overall winner of the award will have the honor to spend a 3-month internship in one of the most renowned restaurant in Italy, L’Acquolina.
The competition was open to aspiring chefs, students, and food lovers. It aims to become an annual event promoting Italian food and wine culture in the world. In partnership with the Italian Chambers of Commerce of the various participating States, the event is organized in memory and honor of late Chef Alessandro Narducci, the youngest Italian starred chef, who passed away in a car accident in June 2018.
