About the Event
The Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, together with Chef Sau Del Rosario, Don Revy Philippines, and Le Cellier French Wine Selection, invite you to our "Italian-French Aperitivo: Red Wine" event on August 3, 2021 from 6:00- 9:00 pm at Cafe Fleur Makati.
You have the option to join our event at Cafe Fleur Makati (limited slots available) or enjoy the Aperitivo set in the comfort of your own home.
Two exemplary wines from Italy and France will be showcased, paired with celebrity chef, Sau del Rosario's Aperitivo menu. Each Aperitivo set is good for two people.
During the event, you will have the opportunity to learn about Chef Sau's secret recipes. Bernard Flour of Le Cellier and Jojo Vega of Don Revy Philippines will also be joining us to present the story and culture of the grapes and flavors behind the two featured wines.
