Conceptualized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, in partnership with the Embassy of Italy in Manila, the Philippine-Italian Association and Società Dante Alighieri Manila, Mangiare Italiano gathers Italian food lovers and reveals the details of authentic Italian cuisine. In the second webinar of Mangiare Italiano webinar series, food columnist Margaux Salcedo will accompany us once more during this culinary journey, with the Italian Ambassador to the Philippines, H.E. Ambassador Giorgio Guglielmino, initiating the event with His opening remarks. Chef Marco Anzani from Anzani Restaurant of Cebu will show how Caramelle Pasta are made and served on the table followed by a recommended wine-pairing to his dish. The wine will be then introduced by one of the major wine distributors in the country, Don Revy Philippines, and presented by the Italian supplier of Chianti.
