The Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, the Philippine Italian Association and The Tasting Club are pleased to invite you to an exceptional virtual tasting presenting "The Art of Italian Aperitivo", on Saturday, November 21, at 6pm on Zoom !
For this special occasion, our 4 guest speakers will take us on a fun and culinary journey to Italy as we explore the cultural and sensory dimension of the traditional Italian Aperitivo involving fine cheeses, cured meats and cocktails.
Each participant will receive a tasting set featuring everything we need to enjoy this culinary experience in the comforts of our own home: - 3 traditional Cheeses: Parmigiano Reggiano, Asiago and Gorgonzola - 3 typical cured meats: Parma Ham, Coppa di Parma and Salami di Milano - 5 samples of homemade Focaccia: La Classica, Pomodoro, Carciofo, Gorgonzola and Pistachio - All ingredients needed to make the iconic Americano and Italian Spritz (Campari, Aperol, Cinzano Vermouth, Prosecco, Italian Sparkling Water and a fresh Orange).
