The Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (ICCPI) together with Women Business Council of the Philippines (WomenBizPH) have organized the International Women's Day: Bella Filipina Fashion Socials that took place last 8th of March 2023 from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM at the Glass Pavilion of the Dusit Thani Manila. The event showcased the creation of the award winning fashion designer Delby Bragais.
The articles of clothing designed by Bragais showcased a collection highlighting the indigenous Filipino handwoven fabric to support women-led weaving communities and local artisans while celebrating heritage.
The elegant models of this event who took pride in wearing the hand woven clothing designed by Bragais were selected representatives of the Women's Business Council of the Philippines. Among them were Mylene Abiva, the Chairperson of the Women's Business Council of the Philippines and CEO of Felta Multi-Media, Inc., Cynthia Mamon, the Chief Operating Officer at Enchanted Kingdom, Myrna Tang-Yao the CEO Richprime Global, Inc. - Owner of Chicco, GoodYear Tires, and Mattel, Mildred Vitangcol, President of Francisco M. Bautista Foundation Inc, and Chairwoman of Health Pilipinas, Ida Tiongson, Chairman of Pru -Life, Rosemarie Rafael, the President of the Women's Business Council and President of Airspeed, Sarah Deloraya Mateo, and Rhoda Caliwara, the President and CEO of Executive Genesis.
