Errigo, Batini, Cristino and Volpi beat France 38-37

Italy's women's foil team won gold at the European Fencing Championships, underway in Genoa, on Tuesday.

The quartet composed of Arianna Errigo, Martina Batini, Anna Cristino and Alice Volpi beat France, their long-time rival, in the final, with the last thrust, 38-37.
