ICCPI Leadership Awards 2024 Honors Exemplary Business Leaders in the Philippines

The Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, Inc. (ICCPI) held its most prestigious event of the year entitled the ICCPI Leadership Awards 2024 last November 28, 2024 at the Fairmont Hotel Makati. This event was a prestigious occasion dedicated to recognizing exemplary leadership across various industries. This highly celebrated occasion brought together distinguished business leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators to honor their invaluable contributions to their respective fields.



The special event served as a platform that inspired, connected, and showcased the transformative power of great leadership. By spotlighting those who drive innovation, uphold ethical practices, and shape industries, the event emphasized the importance of leadership as a catalyst for progress and sustainable growth.

With its legacy of recognizing extraordinary achievements, the ICCPI Leadership Awards continued to be an iconic celebration of excellence, embodying the spirit of leadership that shapes industries and uplifts communities. The 2024 edition was a defining moment, honoring those who drive change and inspire a brighter future for all.


The Panel of Judges include the following:

The esteemed keynote speakers for this event includes his Excellency, the Honorable Ambassador of Italy to the Philippines, Davide Giglio, Chairman of the Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA), Alexander Lopez and Former Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) Secretary, Alfredo Pascual.


The awards categories highlighted the breadth of influence and the diversity of accomplishments across industries. The awards included:

In addition to these categories, the ceremony presented special "Legacy" awards such as the Italian Food & Beverage Legacy Award  and the Legacy in Italian Luxury Retail and Lifetime Achievement Award, among others.

The awards recognized remarkable accomplishments of leaders and organizations that demonstrated outstanding contributions across a variety of domains.

From visionary business leaders driving innovation and growth to entrepreneurs championing their industries, the honorees represented the best in their fields and provide a high level of social impact. The nominees for the Exceptional Entrepreneur of the Year Award include Rolando Oyan Villaueva- President of Blu Coffee, Levy Espiritu- Chairman at Datem, and Gina Espejo-CEO & Owner of MX3 Corporation.



The nominees of the ICCPI Leadership Awards are individuals who have exemplified exceptional vision, leadership, and innovation, setting a benchmark for excellence in the business community and inspiring others with their remarkable achievements. The Outstanding Business Leader Award nominees included CEO of Luxe Slim- Anna Magkawas, President & CEO of Filinvest Land- Tistaneil D. Las Marias-, and Founder & EO of Colourette Cosmetics- Nina Ellaine Dizon.

This event also highlights the achievements of emerging leaders under 36 who are driving innovation and inspiring change in their industries.The Young Business Leaders nominees included Anjo Rosser Ramos- President at Menra International, Ma. Gracia Santiago Pido- President of Cosmo Bridge, Inc. and Theodore Angliongto- COO of Pocofino.

The awards also celebrated emerging talents, women in business, and individuals who made enduring contributions to their industries. The Woman in Business of the Year nominees exemplifies leadership, resilience, and excellence in advancing gender equality in business. Those nominated in this category included Elvie Sanchez Quiazon, Vice-President at the Bellevue Hotel, Sarah Deloraya Mateo- CEO of SPD Jobs and Atty. Aileen D. Regio, Co-CEO. and Vice-President of Eastern Communications.
